CulBus is an e-commerce/ Multivendor platform that makes use of data provided by users in the
provision of its services. Service providers are required to provide adequate information on their
service offerings for approval. CulBus has the prerogative on approval and shall not be liable for
not approving a service request either by a client or service provider signed up on its platforms.
Service providers in hospitality are required to pay a non-refundable fee before they can
advertise their services such as food, hotel rooms, hosting rooms and apartments for hosting of
people in their homes or apartments that belong to them and car rentals.
CulBus charges service providers on commission basis with standardized rates which shall be
communicated for acceptance once a service provider signs up on our website platform
www.culbusafrica.com and CulBus reserves the right to update such service ratings from time to
time.
A service provider shall be held liable should he or she use the personal information of clients
for any other purpose than allowable by CulBus per the privacy policy. In this regard, once the
service requested is provided to a client, the service provider is not to use the personal
information of the client directly once the service relation per each request has ended.
In instances of a minor, a parent or guardian details is required to ensure continuous access of
our service provisions.
All payments are to be made through CulBus and only when CulBus gets verification from both
client and service provider on service completion shall a service payment be made to a service
provider who uses our website platform www.culbusafrica.com. In an instance where a client
provides verifiable evidences of service not being rendered, the client who made the request
and had his/her request unmet shall be refunded money paid.
CulBus does not accept nor make physical cash payments, all payments are to be made either
electronically using our electronic payment platform accessible on our website
www.culbusafrica.com or through bank.
CulBus shall endeavor to send clients and service providers invoices and receipts per service
request or provision whichever applicable. It remains the responsibility of the client or service
providers who patronize our website to request for such documents upon service request or
provision.
CulBus shall not be held liable in instances where users on our platform are negligent of their
security. In this respect, we encourage users to report and lodge complains on any suspicious
activity by a service provider or client.
Whilst using our website www.culbusafrica.com, you are not permitted to copy, duplicate or use
any of our company’s logos, documents, slogans etc for gain or otherwise without written
consent from CulBus.
