Condition to rent is that tenant deposits a maintenance insurance amount of GHC 1000 extra in addition to total rent cost. Before the tenant exits the apartment, the apartment would be inspected for need of maintenance and associated damage repair works estimated, the amount is then deducted from the GHC 1000 maintenance insurance when and where applicable.
