The Kwame Nkrumah Memorial park is located in Accra and marks the memorial resting place of Ghana’s first president Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah who led Ghana to her independence. The premise is the former British Colonial Polo grounds and it is the very spot where Kwame Nkrumah made the declaration of Ghana’s independence.
On display are various artefacts in the stages of Kwame Nkrumah’s life including political leadership.
